  • How should I care for my glass and ceramic tableware?

    GLASSWARE
    Our glassware, adorned with durable glass paints, is best preserved through gentle handwashing. We strive to create items for a lifetime of enjoyment, and a little extra care during washing goes a long way. Do not put these items in the dishwasher.

    CERAMICS
    Our dishwasher-safe ceramic tableware offers convenience, ensuring easy maintenance without compromising quality. Enjoy the vibrant colors and intricate designs worry-free.

  • What are the essentials that we need at the location to organize your ‘La Salamandre’ face paint event?

    Luckily, we don’t need much to set up the face paint booth! What we do need is:

    - An indoor or outdoor space of +- 4m2. If it is very sunny, windy or rainy outside, we need some protection for this (a party tent for example).

    - Access to a water & a sink (does not have to be right next to the facepaint spot)

  • What are the essentials that we need at the location to organize your ‘La Salamandre’ nail treatments?

    Luckily, we don’t need much to set up the nail studio! What we do need is:

    - a small corner in your (holiday) home to set up the nail gear. If I am working with gel polish, this has to be inside due to the UV of the sun that van cure the gel.

    - Two chairs (I will bring the table myself)

  • Do you offer any customizable or personalized options for your products?

    Yes, I enthusiastically welcome custom orders! I love the opportunity to create special, personalized designs for our customers. Please reach out to me via email with your unique ideas, including the quantities you are looking for. I'll carefully review your wishes to determine if I am the right person to bring your vision to life!

  • How long does it take to create a custom order?

    The creation time for custom orders varies and depends on the complexity of the request. Please contact us via email at info@lasalamandre.nl with your custom order details, including quantities. Should you have a specific deadline in mind, kindly mention it. I will then inform you if i will be ale to make that work!

  • How are the costs determined for custom orders?

    The costs for custom orders depend on factors such as the materials used, the complexity of the design, and the quantity requested. When inquiring about a custom order, please include as many details as possible, including the quantities you are looking for, in your email to info@lasalamandre.nl. We will provide you with a detailed quote that includes the total cost, taking into consideration all relevant factors.

Payments, Shipping & returns

  • Where is Atelier La Salamandre located, and do you ship internationally?

    Atelier La Salamandre is based in Amsterdam (The Netherlands), and yes, we ship worldwide!

  • How soon do you ship out orders?

    Physical products:
    I usually ship out orders within 1-3 working days. Please note that Atelier La Salamandre is a one-person company, so small delays may occur. Custom orders' shipping time depends, and you will be informed about this beforehand.

    Digital products:
    Digital products are PDF documents and will be sent automatically via email within a few minutes after purchase. We kindly ask you not to share the guide with others who have not purchased it.

  • What are your shipping options and delivery times?

    We use PostNL for shipping out all the orders.

    ZONE 1: €10 and free shipping on orders over €150
    Estimated shipping time: 1-3 working days
    Netherlands, Belgium, Germany

    ZONE 2: €20 and free shipping on orders over €250
    Estimated shipping time: 2-5 working days
    All other EU countries

    ZONE 3: €40 and free shipping on orders over €350
    Estimated shipping time: 3-8 working days
    All other countries

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    Via our webshop, we accept Credit Card and PayPal. If you're interested in buying our products and prefer to pay with IDEAL, please send us an email to arrange this. This is o problem at all!

  • Can I return my purchase?

    All items ar crafted by hand with lots of love. But if for any reason you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help. Please contact me so we can discuss your case. In general the policy is:

    Custom Orders:
    Custom orders are crafted to meet your specific requirements and, therefore, cannot be returned.

    Digital Products (Mosaic Guide):
    The mosaic guide is a digital product delivered automatically via email as a PDF document.

    Due to the nature of digital goods, we cannot accept returns for the mosaic guide.

    Physical Products:
    If you wish to return a physical product, please contact us via email within 7 days of receiving your order. PleaIe include your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant details. We will guide you through the return process.

    To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it.

    Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

  • How and when will I receive my refund?

    Refunds will be issued via the same payment method as you initially paid with. Usually, refunds will be processed within 10 days after we receive the return, provided the item is in new condition. If you have any concerns or questions about your refund, please contact us at info@lasalamandre.nl
